Feet shoulder-width apart
Toes pointed slightly out
FOR OUTER THIGH (VASTUS LATERALIS) EMPHASIS
Feet close together
Toes pointed straight ahead
FOR INNER THIGH (ADDUCTORS) AND FRONT THIGHS (VASTUS MEDIALIS) EMPHASIS
Feet relatively wide apart
Toes pointed out at a wide angle
